Attention: Orders over $150.00 may be subject to additional shipping charges due to weight.

Large bulk orders sometimes may require extra lead time.
Shipping charges for large bulk orders will be determined on the size & weight of the order.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States lower 48
Delivery Times
Orders placed are processed daily and will normally ship within 1 to 2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.
We ship most orders via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, however
UPS Ground & FedEx Ground is also used. Shipping in the United States only includes the lower 48 states, does not include Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or P.O. Box.
Shipping methods will determined by Indian River Spices LLC.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Once the order is received by the carrier for shipment Indian River Spices LLC has no control over their delivery times. Carriers can experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather & overwhelming volume.
Damage
Indian River Spices LLC is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In the event this should happen contact us at: indianriverspices@att.net as soon the shipment arrives.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
For instructions on returning items, please e-mail us at: indianriverspices@att.net
You may return any unopened product for any reason. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We cannot accept any returns on opened food items once the seal has been broken due to health and safety concerns.
Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from the
Indian River Spices website.
Refunds
All shipping charges paid by the customer to receive the initial order will not be applied to the refunded total.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A product and return shipping cost refund will be applied after the returned unopened product is received by us.
Upon receipt of any unopened item returned to us a refund will be promptly credited back to your credit card.
