Winner of the 2015 Scovie Award for Louisiana-Style Hot Sauce.  Tasting Notes:  A simultaneously tart, sweet and savory startwith a satisfying red pepper flavor and a complementinghit of garlic. The heat here is punchy yet manageable and enticing. A more complex take on the standard red pepper and vinegar style (a.k.a. Louisiana-style) of hot sauce.  Ingredients:  Jalapeno Pepper Mash (Jalapeno Peppers, Salt), Vinegar, Roasted Red Peppers (Roasted Peppers, Water, Salt, Citric Acid), Cane Sugar, Garlic, Paprika, Xanthan Gum.  Heat Level:  MEDIUM SCOVILLE HEAT UNIT RANGE (ESTIMATED): 3000-7000 SHU (dependent on harvests)
