We’ve taken the Bahamian standard, the Scotch Bonnet, paired it with onions, serranos, Jamaican curry powder and more, to create a savory, complex and fiery condiment that adds the exotic flavors of the Caribbean to any dish.  Tasting notes: A savory-sweet start, courtesy of melted sweet onions, form a foundation of flavor that builds with a complex mixture of garlic, onion and green chili and finishes with a fruity, intense scotch bonnet burn. Jamaican curry powder (with noticeable pimento/allspice notes) underscores the experience while never being overpowering. Mouthwatering.
