Mostarda is a condiment made of candied fruit and a mustard-flavored syrup. In Italy, the essential oil is employed, which has the advantage of transparency. We do not use mustard oil, as it is banned by the FDA. Candied pears, pickled mustard seeds and mustard-flavored syrup infused with ghost pepper. Perfect condiment with cheese & charcuterie. Sweet, spicy and savory.
